Ear Muffs

I just ventured outside for a late lunch, and the temperature was a balmy -4. Yes, negative four degrees. I don’t think our “high” today will reach above zero degrees. I’m sick of being sick and I’m convinced that cold temperatures contribute to the flu, common cold, etc. Needless to say, my late lunch turned into a Target trip to buy a pair of ear muffs.

Ideally I’d like a pair of these Burberry ear muffs:

For now, these Target ear warmers will have to suffice:

I like the Target ear muff’s because they don’t ruin my hair. There’s nothing worse than hat static or hat hair. With these earmuff’s, my hair doesn't get ruined, because they're intended to go on the back of your head (i.e. under your hair). Men can wear ear muffs too. In fact, J used to make fun of my other pair of ear muff's, until he recently bought a pair. He and I can't say enough good things about them.
