Babies...

So I just had lunch with a former co-worker who is pregnant. I don’t know what it is, but I feel like everybody is pregnant these days. Many of my friends are either currently pregnant, just had a child or have babies on their minds. I definitely want to have children, but that’s at least 3-5 years down the road. Heck, I’m only 28, so there’s plenty of time for that kind of stuff. Anyway, at lunch we talked about the birth process, which I’m sorry, grosses me out. I cringe when I think about it. Honestly, I cry when I have my finger pricked, so I can’t imagine the pain of giving birth. When that time comes, I know I’ll be fine (courtesy of an epidural), but for now, it makes me queasy.

Anyway, as I mentioned in a previous post, my sister (Molly) is pregnant. This will be my first niece and I am insanely excited. In fact, I can’t stop buying clothes for the baby. She’s having a girl and honesty, this baby already has a better wardrobe that Suri Cruise.
