My lawn is heavily landscaped, courtesy of an alleged professional. There are tons of bushes, trees, flowers, etc. I think the professional went a little overboard when landscaping my yard. Don’t get me wrong, I love landscape, but it’s just too much. I want more of a yard filled with plush green grass, not various species of weeds.
Anyway, this weekend J and I (well mostly J) started project Take Back the Lawn. He mowed the lawn, trimmed bushes and pulled weeds all day Sunday. I was gone most of the day, but when I got home, I thought it might be a good idea to help. My task was to start pulling the Creeping Charlie. I’m sick of Charlie ruining my yard, so it must be eliminated, and ASAP. It’s weird, but once you start, you become addictive.
